Happy New Year! The December market and 2025 as a whole were difficult for sellers. Both sales volumes and prices were down across the whole region, including in North Vancouver. I am watching the condo market closely for signs of a turnaround, as selling those properties are a prerequisite for many buyers of single family homes. To that end, sales numbers for December might provide a window of opportunity in early 2026 for the market to find a footing.
